Why Cerno Thames?
So, why 'Cerno Thames'? The name 'Cerno', derived from Latin, conveys the ability to, listen, understand, discern, and hence, resolve, and at Cerno Thames, that is what we do.
The name 'Thames' is taken from the river Thames, in recognition of the company's heritage and the founder's path growing up near the source of the Thames near Cheltenham in Gloucestershire, through Oxford, and into south-west London, and the town of Kingston Upon Thames, where Cerno Thames has an office.
Taken together, Cerno Thames offers professional business advisory, mediation, conflict management and dispute resolution services to clients throughout the Thames Valley, the UK, Europe and across the world.

Our Founder, Kevin Churchill, has more than two decades of experience as a senior leader in organisations in the UK and overseas, and has led departments and teams of various sizes through evolution, revolution and sometimes chaos! He has an extensive background in the UK and international procurement and contracting sector and international business relationship management.
We believe in working with business leaders, and their people to identify and implement lasting solutions and our adopted model of prevention, management, and resolution in respect of conflict and dispute management.
